so i've always wondered what the hotel rooms look like. green trim???? and the mattress is on the floor?
ReplyDeletethe green trim is actually a heater. which worked way too well in one room and not well enough in the other.
ReplyDeletethe beds are on short, not-sturdy-enough bed frames on wheels. yet surprisingly, they're pretty comfortable. (well worn-in, i'm sure)
floor to ceiling wood paneling. enough said.
neither room had batteries in the smoke detectors.
i think we had a grand total of 1.25 rolls of toilet paper.
also, only one bathroom door had a latch.
four towels. total.
did you notice the tablecloth on top of the bed? yeah. weird stains. i ended up sleeping on that bed. on top of it. in my sleeping bag.
the walls were decorated in awesome 70's country style artwork. and by awesome i mean not awesome.
and don't sleep on the bed under the air conditioner, it looks like it's about to fall out of the wall.
and watch out for those pesky rat traps!
